Johannesburg: Learning & Development Specialist

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer, is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to support line managers and employees through effective training, skills development, and SETA submissions. This role reports to the L&D Manager. Minimum Requirements: Matric National Diploma in HRM / ETD (NQF 6) Registered SDF, Coach/Mentor, Assessor and Moderator 2 years in Learning and Development Proven experience with WSP/ATR submissions and SETA engagement Manufacturing sector experience essential Strong knowledge of HR, Skills Development, EE, BBBEE and relevant labour legislation Key Responsibilities: Translate HR legislative changes into policies and practices Support Employment Equity and BBBEE skills initiatives Identify training needs, analyse IDPs, source training providers, and coordinate learning programmes Develop in-house training material and facilitate training interventions Manage training logistics, evaluations, audit requirements, and learning communications Oversee workplace assessments and maintain assessment records Manage SETA processes, learnerships, WSP/ATR submissions and levy claim support Compile monthly training and development reports
