Legal Assistant Sandton CTC: R25 000 Our client, a leading organisation in the beauty and manufacturing sector, is seeking a highly skilled Legal Assistant to support their legal, compliance and policy functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical ability, excellent attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively across departments. Key Responsibilities: Conduct legal research, monitor regulatory compliance and identify gaps. Assist with policy development and regular policy reviews. Review contracts, identify risks, and provide detailed analysis. Maintain accurate legal documentation and manage version control. Support internal and external audits and monitor ongoing compliance. Facilitate communication between legal and non-legal teams, translating legal requirements effectively. Assist with staff training on compliance, ethics, and organisational policies. Requirements: LLB Degree & Admitted Attorney Strong MS Office skills (Excel advantageous) Excellent written and verbal communication Experience in contract drafting, compliance and legal research Strong integrity, initiative, attention to detail and teamwork ability
