Job Title: Logistics Controller Report to: Operations Seniority Level: Mid-Career (2 – 4 yrs exp) Region: Heidelburg Gauteng Type: Temp Duties and Responsibilities: Manage Compliance for Secondary Supply Chain at the depot Ensure Onsite Warehouse Logistics processes are compliant Act as a single point of contact for stock movements Accountable for Transport & Warehouses Monitor stock count processes and deviations Ensure accurate PGI of orders in SAP Maintain compliance records and EHS policies Communicate with Route Planning team for data calibration Provide analysis on LOBs, Returns, Non-deliveries daily Manage communication of failed IDOCS Compile and submit depot reports Consolidation sign off for month end stock take Key External Stakeholder Relationships: 3PLs, External Audit, Government Agencies Knowledge/Qualifications: 3 years exp in Logistics or Logistics qualification with 2 yrs exp Knowledge of EH&S, Pest Management, and SAP Understanding of Excise and Customs requirements Skills: Numeric and Literacy Basic Mathematical abilities Work effectively in a team and independently High level of self-motivation

JUNIOR Logistics Controller * Matric * Minimum 2 Years’ experience in a similar Logistics role RESPONSIBILITIES: Overseeing the Movement, Distribution and Storage of Materials in the organization. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations Ensure inventory is maintained at optimal levels Track shipments and address any delays Optimize transportation routes Prepare accurate reports for management Collaborate with warehouse staff and other professionals to improve logistics processes Clean Criminal record – will be verified Willing to work Overtime/Weekends, if and when required
