Job Summary

Our client, in the liquor industry is looking for a strong Marketing Account Executive to join their team. This is an office-based position in Modderfontein and you will be required to implement and manage the successful creation, development and roll out of client marketing communication in a TTL (through the line) capacity as well as manage all required administrative tasks. Duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Account Management ? Assist with the preparation and delivery of top-quality briefs and proposals ? Build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with clients ? Schedule, attend (and document minutes in) meetings ? Ensure constant, consistent and effective flow of communication between Agency, Client and external stakeholders ? Co-ordinate internal strategic, creative, media and production teams to deliver work that effectively answers client briefs ? Manage status documents, job bags, campaign costs and invoices ? Manage effective and accurate delivery of final elements to internal and external suppliers, and ensure meticulous activation ? Deliver jobs on-time, on-budget and continuously exceeding client expectations ? Assist with monitoring effectiveness of campaigns by ensuring client campaigns are properly planned and reported on ? Keep abreast of industry and digital marketing trends Social Media Management ? Work on monthly content plans with the Business Unit Director ? Brief creative team ? Compile monthly reports ? Community management of the accounts you are responsible for. Public Relations ? Assist in implementation of pr campaigns including liaising with influencers, coordinating with suppliers to compile and deliver pr drops ? Compile report on PR campaigns ? Liaise with media to obtain editorial coverage

Requirements:

? Relevant tertiary qualification ? Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word / Excel / PowerPoint) ? At least 2 years experience working in an Advertising Agency as an Account Executive ? Experience with TTL & Digital campaigns ? A good command of the English language (both verbal and written) ? Excellent administration and organizational skills ? Strong time management skills ? Strong multi-tasking skills ? Social media savvy Personality Attributes: ? Team player with the ability to work independently ? Able to work well in a highly pressurized environment ? Assertive ? Proactive ? Resilient ? Problem solver / solution driven ? Meticulous with attention to detail ? Flexible to work beyond normal office hours (overtime if and when required)
