Job Summary
Marketing Manager – New Cars – R Negotiable, around R30000.00 + Incentives over and above the basic salary / Johannesburg North Our client requires an experienced marketing manager to join their group. Bachelor degree or equivalent in Marketing, with at least 2 years of working experience at a management level Experience, 3 years of prior experience in a similar marketing role with driving the marketing operations, brand management and campaign performance. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice with experience in ecommerce, SEO, campaign spend budget management, team management and profit and loss analysis linked to return on investment. The following skills are critical for this position:- Brand understanding and positioning Results orientated Deadline driven – ability to meet targets Attention to detail Strong team player Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent digital media ability Copy and Visual storytelling skills SEO, strategy, analysis and optimization Best practice analysis People management Data analysis and ROI measurement Budget management Must be computer literate with MS Office Suite CRM Basic design skills (HTML, Photoshop etc.) WordPress SEO Multichannel social media skills (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube) The Marketing Manager holds ultimate responsibility for the organizations brand activation, lead campaign management and social media presence and ensures the delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business as set out by the Head of Marketing. Together with this they need to ensure the day-to-day functions and operations of the team they manage. 1. Digital Marketing & Website Management 2. Lead Management and Quality Control 3. Brand Management and Activation 4. Community Management and Customer Reviews 5. Marketing team oversight & operational management aligned to OEM scorecard achievements Social Media platform holistic management, content strategy to be approved by the Head of Marketing, manage all media pages, this is brand, design, content and user engagement: Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Twitter Tik Tok You Tub Ensure the Online Lead Generation Campaigns and initiatives executed as per the lead strategy across the brands: monthly, quarterly and annually to meet sales target set.
