Minimum
Requirements:
Qualified Metrologist 5 Years` proven experience as a Metrologist in a manufacturing environment with specific experience in Metal Pressings and CNC Machining (Pre-requisite) Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles Strong knowledge of metrology principles, measurement techniques and inspection methodologies Experience operating metrology equipment such as CMM`s, Optical Comparators and Height Gauges Familiar with automotive quality standards and requirements (ISO/TS 16949, APQP, PPAP) preferred Proficiency in software applications (CAD/CAM) and metrology software packages.
