Johannesburg North: Actuarial Analyst – Non-Life posted by Network Finance

• Perform pricing, reserving, and capital modelling for non-life insurance clients
• Develop actuarial models and dashboards using Excel, SQL, R or Python
• Assist in regulatory reporting (SAM, IFRS 17) and risk management projects
• Prepare client reports, presentations, and provide insights to senior actuaries and stakeholders

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BSc / BCom Actuarial Science or related degree (minimum requirement)
• 7 or more Actuarial Exams (ASSA / IFoA)
• 3+ years’ experience in short-term / non-life insurance or actuarial consulting
• Strong technical skills in Excel (advanced), SQL, R or Python
• Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Must be a South African citizen or have the right to work in SA
