Job Experience and Skills Required

• Education: Relevant financial or insurance qualification (RE5 and FAIS compliance advantageous).
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years as a Broker in Financial Services, Insurance, or Investments.
• Proven ability to generate new business, manage client portfolios, and achieve sales targets.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong understanding of financial products, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
