The successful candidate will work closely with our senior valuer and gain exposure to a wide range of property valuation assignments.Key Responsibilities- Conduct property inspections and data collection.- Prepare or assist in the preparation of valuation reports.- Support ongoing municipal and private valuation projects.- Maintain valuation records and assist with data management.- Ensure all work complies with SACPVP standards and regulatory requirements.Minimum Requirements- Degree or Diploma in Real Estate / Property Valuation or equivalent qualification.- Registered (or eligible for registration) with the SACPVP.- Computer literacy (MS Office; experience with valuation software advantageous).-Valid drivers licence and own transport (preferred).-Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
