Job Summary
Our client within the Automotive Industry is looking to employ a Customer Experience Team Leader (Product Genius) in Sandton, Johannesburg . This role involves the provision of an excellent support service which will ensure a functional and seamless on floor customer experience in which the showroom floor is effectively supervised and supported.
Requirements:
Grade 12 is essential Customer facing certification or diploma Leadership skills Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer interfacing role. Able to work under Pressure Transparent and honest Excellent administrative abilities Process driven Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines Ability to follow through on instructions Be a team player Computer proficiency Duties (but not limited to: Delivery Logistics Customer Handover Aftersales Showroom and Facilities Supervision Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
