Job & Company Description:
 

This client in asset management is urgently looking for a Financial Accountant to join their tech savvy and diverse finance team on a 12 months contract basis.
 
This role will require an individual with a passion for accounting practices, economic principles, applicable laws, codes and regulations and auditing practices.  
 
The key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Monthly management reports
• Data analysis
• Annual financial statements

 
As you will be required to hit the ground running extensive experience is essential.
 
The requirements:
 
 
Qualification:

• BCom Hons Finance Degree (non-negotiable)
• CA(SA) with completed board exams

 
 
Experience:

• 2+ years post articles experience
• Knowledge accepted accounting practices and principles and IFRS
• Excellent knowledge of the PowerBI or Oracle (non-negotiable)

 
 
Skills Required:

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Excellent collaborative skills 
• Ownership and accountability
