About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee and manage the operations of their company in the Durban region of KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of employees, ensuring efficient and effective operations, and driving business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives in the region.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of all branches within the region.
- Recruit, train, and supervise employees in the region to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to measure the success of operations and make necessary adjustments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders in the region.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Identify business opportunities and potential areas for growth within the region.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or service industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of regional market trends and competition.
