As the Financial Director, you will lead the full finance function, drive financial strategy, and support commercial performance across global teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full finance function including reporting, compliance, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Drive financial strategy, commercial insights, and performance optimisation across the organisation.
• Partner with executive and client-facing teams to support pricing, contract profitability, and revenue forecasting.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, and risk management across multiple regions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing remote finance team.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• CA(SA) – Chartered Accountant (Essential).
• Minimum 8+ years’ post-articles experience, including 3–5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
• Industry experience in marketing, media, advertising, digital services, or professional services (Advantageous).
• Strong commercial acumen within a project-based, client-centric environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex financial structures across multiple countries.
• Advanced systems knowledge and strong financial modelling skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fully remote, fast-paced, high-growth international environment.
