About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Front of House Restaurant Manager to join our busy cafe style restaurant in Northriding. With extensive knowledge of restaurant floor management, you will be responsible for managing a busy front of house operation, ensuring exceptional customer relations and maintaining a high level of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Conduct opening and closing procedures to maintain efficiency
- Monitor stock levels and control inventory
- Implement effective systems controls
Requirements
- 4+ years management experience in restaurants
- Strong communications skills with the ability to manage a busy front of house operation
- Well-spoken and exceptional customer relations skills
