• Partner with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure smooth integration and optimal performance of front-end applications.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure high-quality code by adhering to best practices, coding standards, and using appropriate tools and frameworks.
• Lead the adoption of new technologies and frameworks to improve team productivity and code quality.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development of junior team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Proven experience in a leadership or senior role, with the ability to mentor and guide other developers.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related frontend technologies.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Vuex.
• Knowledge of backend technologies and API development.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks and libraries such as Tailwind CSS or Material UI (MUI).
