About the Role
Network Finance is seeking an experienced and skilled International Intercompany Billing Manager to lead our global intercompany billing function across multiple international entities. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant intercompany invoicing between our global subsidiaries. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the global intercompany billing function across multiple international entities
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant intercompany invoicing between global subsidiaries
- Develop, implement, and maintain standardised intercompany billing processes and controls
- Oversee intercompany balance reconciliations and resolve discrepancies across regions
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Support month-end and year-end close, including journals and account reconciliations
- Partner with tax, finance, and operational teams on transfer pricing and compliance matters
- Provide people leadership, including training, performance management, and development of the billing team
- Act as a key point of contact for global stakeholders across multiple time zones
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in intercompany accounting, with international exposure
- Minimum of 2 years in a management or leadership role
- Proven experience working within multinational, multi-entity environments
- Strong exposure to complex intercompany structures and cross-border transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
