About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Pretoria East, Brummeria, as we expand rapidly and require a driven, self-starter who has placed before (in any industry), negotiated fee structures, conducted interviews and loves recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting interviews
- Negotiating fee structures
- Screening and sourcing client personnel requirements
- Typing of CV
- Conducting references
- Qualification checks
Requirements
- Full Function Recruitment experience
- Fully computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Minimum 2 years Recruitment Agency experience
- Grade 12 with 2 years’ upwards recruiting experience
Salary & Benefits
Monthly sales target with an excellent commission structure
