Job Summary
As the Junior Business Controller, you will support senior finance leaders with financial planning, performance analysis, and cost control across various African sites. You will be responsible for preparing cross-border reports, assisting with budget forecasts, analysing variances, and providing insights that support strategic decisions. This role requires a strong grasp of cross-border financial regulations, exchange controls, and local compliance frameworks.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
– BCom in Accounting, Finance or related qualification.
– Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a business control, financial analysis, or management accounting role.
– Cross-border experience in African territories is essential.
– Mining or heavy industry exposure is highly advantageous.
– Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, SAGE X3, or similar).
– Strong analytical and communication skills.
