Key Duties:
Manage leases and coordinate letting activities for low- to midincome tenants
Oversee deposit collection, handling, and compliance
Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance issues are resolved timeously
Build strong tenant relationships and address queries professionally
Assist with rental arrears tracking and follow-ups
Support reporting, admin, and portfolio record keeping

Matric / Grade 12 (minimum requirement)
Tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field (advantageous but not always essential)
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
