Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the Office Administrator, Receptionist, Tender Administrator, and Accounting Trainee.
- Manage daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure a professional reception area and manage the switchboard.
- Lead the tender process, ensuring timely and compliant proposal submissions.
- Handle accounting duties such as invoicing, AP/AR, and financial reporting.
- Support month-end/year-end closings and budget tracking.
- Guide the Accounting Trainee in financial procedures and compliance.
- Oversee billing and collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Manage HR admin tasks, including timesheets, leave tracking, and training coordination.
- Monitor project budgets and invoicing for accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in office administration, accounting, or office management roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Accounting knowledge, including experience with financial reporting, invoicing, and budget tracking.
