Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including GP analysis and margin insights
• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and monitor financial performance
• Oversee operational finance functions, ensuring integrity and efficiency
• Support leadership with financial modelling, scenario planning, and commercial insight
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls
• Guide teams to ensure consistent, high-quality reporting and execution

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom Finance, Accounting, or CIMA (essential)
• 5 years’ management experience in a commercial environment
• Strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and performance management
• Solid technical accounting and financial reporting experience
• Highly proficient in Advanced Excel; exposure to custom or in-house systems beneficial
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to challenge, advise, and lead
• A go-getter mindset with the ability to deliver under shifting conditions
• A long-term commitment – stability in this role is were rewards are reaped
