• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years’ end-to-end payroll experience, including team management
• Strong knowledge of South African payroll legislation
• Proven experience managing high-volume, multi-entity payrolls
• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on Sage 300 experience
• Strong financial acumen, reconciliations, and audit support exposure
• Confident leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Manage end-to-end payroll for 3,500+ employees across multiple entities
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timeous payroll processing
• Lead, mentor, and develop a payroll team
• Oversee statutory submissions, reconciliations, and audit support
• Partner with HR and Finance to align payroll, reporting, and systems
• Drive process improvements, automation, and payroll best practice
