Job Summary
- Execute fixed-income trades across Bonds, Derivatives, FX, Money Market, and Collateral instruments.
- Develop and implement best-in-class investment strategies for asset allocation and portfolio construction.
- Support the firm’s structural hedge program and optimize interest rate risk mitigation initiatives.
- Identify investment opportunities with superior risk-adjusted returns, contributing to strategic balance sheet positioning.
- Build and maintain quantitative models and macroeconomic dashboards to guide decision-making.
- Provide regular global and local macroeconomic updates to key stakeholders, enhancing market awareness.
- Assist in hedging foreign currency flows and managing non-traded market risks.
- Collaborate with internal trading desks and external institutions on market strategy and execution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, LCR, and NSFR, while maximizing portfolio returns.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a Quantitative field.
- Minimum 5 years of front-office experience in fixed income, trading, structuring, or portfolio management.
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, including interest rate swaps, FX products, and bond markets.
- Proven ability to develop and utilize quantitative models to support portfolio strategy.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory considerations in liquidity and capital management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across teams and senior stakeholders.

- Commercially savvy with a passion for financial markets.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, able to translate macroeconomic insights into actionable strategies.
- Able to thrive under pressure and respond swiftly to market movements.
- Proficient in Excel; coding skills (Python/SQL) are advantageous but not required.
