Job Summary

The Role: As theirSolar Project Manager, you will oversee every phase of their solar installations, from planning and procurement to execution and handover. This is a hands-on role where you’ll coordinate teams, manage budgets, ensure quality control, and work closely with clients to ensure each project is delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor solar projects to ensure seamless delivery
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to meet project milestones
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Maintain strong client relationships and communicate project progress effectively
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Champion sustainability and innovative solutions in each project phase

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in project management, ideally in renewable energy or construction
Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and installation processes
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative approach
Familiarity with project management software (like MS Project or similar)
PMP or similar certification is a plus
A passion for renewable energy and sustainability

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of solar projects from inception to final delivery. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of solar energy technologies and project management principles.

Key

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of solar projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and all project stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and safety protocols.
Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the solar or renewable energy industry.
Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, components, and installation processes.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to travel to project sites as required.
