The Project Engineer will plan, design, and manage refrigeration systems for commercial and industrial facilities, including retail supermarkets. Responsibilities include creating CAD-based designs, overseeing fabrication and installation, troubleshooting complex systems, managing project budgets and schedules, preparing tender documentation, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The role involves collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Job experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; ECSA registration as Professional Engineering Technician required; Master’s or PR Eng. advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial refrigeration design and project management.
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, CAD systems, and refrigeration system safety procedures.
• Proven problem-solving, project management, and communication skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with budgeting, tender preparation, and commercial/retail client engagement.
