Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of consumer data from diverse sources. Apply advanced analytical methods to uncover valuable insights that drive business decisions.
- Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide strategic insights that fuel business growth and enhance decision-making.
- Guide and mentor junior analysts, fostering their growth and providing support to help them develop their technical and analytical skills.
- Use advanced graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) to elevate the quality and engagement of reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, offer analytical expertise, and influence data-driven strategies that align with business objectives.
- Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, ensuring insights align with strategic goals.
- Oversee data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance processes to maintain accurate and reliable data. Lead initiatives to improve overall data quality across the organization.
- Design and produce visually compelling, interactive reports and presentations that communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to key stakeholders.
- Use industry-leading tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and scripting languages (SQL, Python, R) to create sophisticated, interactive reports and enhance data processing and analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s Degree is highly advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related fields, with a proven track record of leadership and progression into senior roles.
- Extensive experience working with very large datasets (billions of rows, terabytes of data). Ability to manage, process, and extract meaningful insights from complex data environments.
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and programming languages (Python, R). Experience with data warehousing and database management.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data in a clear, actionable way.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at various organizational levels and delivering high-quality reports and presentations.
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in business intelligence, data analytics, and data visualization.
