• Administer and maintain Windows servers, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, backups, and disaster recovery, ensuring system reliability and security.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, including backups, performance tuning, and integration with reporting tools like Power BI.
• Provide day-to-day administration and support for Syspro ERP, including user roles, access controls, and vendor liaison for upgrades and issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune), managing licensing, security policies, and end-user support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, document processes, provide technical support, and participate in IT projects, audits, and security reviews

Job experience and Skills Required:

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications (advantageous)
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator / MCSA MCSE.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator / Security & Compliance.
• Microsoft SQL Server certifications (DBA/Developer).
• Syspro ERP training or certification.
