Our client is a trusted name in real estate, they take pride in delivering exceptional service, managing financial performance, and making data-driven decisions. They are looking for a Treasury Analyst to play a critical role in cash flow management, forecasting, and financial risk mitigation.
Duties include (not limited to)
- Manage cash operations and liquidity forecasting
- Develop strategies for debt management, loan structuring, and investment optimization
- Work with financial institutions to enhance banking and treasury operations
- Identify financial risks and opportunities to drive efficiency
Education:
- Completed BCom Degree in a related field
Experience:
- 5+ years accounting experience required
- Property industry experience beneficial
- Treasury experience beneficial

Job Summary

If so, we want you to be part of a dynamic team in the property industry, based in Johannesburg North! We are looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a deep understanding of cash management and treasury functions. This is your chance to play a key role in a growing organization, influencing important financial decisions while contributing to the success of a thriving property company!
Duties:
- Monitor daily cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity to meet the business’s operational needs.
- You’ll prepare forecasts to predict cash positions, making sure the company is always in a strong financial position.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with banking partners.
- Prepare comprehensive treasury reports, including cash flow statements, liquidity positions, and variance analyses.
- Assist in managing the company’s funding needs. You’ll evaluate different sources of financing, helping to secure appropriate financial resources to ensure business continuity and expansion.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
- A completed BCom Accounting degree.
- Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles.
Experience:
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience within a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of cash flow management.
- Treasury Experience: Previous experience in a treasury or similar financial role is a must.

Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash flow, ensuring that funds are available for operational and investment needs.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks to optimize cash management and banking facilities.
- Provide detailed analysis and forecasts related to treasury operations.
- Support the treasury team in various financial modeling and reporting tasks.
- Monitor liquidity, manage short-term cash positioning, and help implement effective cash management strategies.
- Assist in preparing and managing treasury-related documentation and compliance reports.
Experience and Skills Required
- B Com degree (essential) and completion of Articles.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Treasury Analyst role or similar financial position.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management and treasury operations.
- Experience in bank relationships and reporting.
- Proficient in financial software and Excel for analysis and reporting.
