Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain robust operational risk management frameworks. Design and execute combined assurance models to ensure effective governance across all levels. Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across the organization, including IT-related risks. Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with risk management strategies and objectives. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation and control enhancements. Monitor compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, ensuring timely reporting to key stakeholders. Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging risk trends. Requirements:
Experience: 58 years of operational risk management experience in the financial services sector. IT Exposure: Familiarity with IT risk management and controls, with the ability to assess risks in digital systems and environments. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Education: A relevant bachelors degree in Finance, Business, IT, Risk Management, or a related field. Certifications: Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CRISC, CIA, or CISA) are advantageous.
