About the role: The main purpose of an Operations Specialist at Ting Tang Tea would likely involve ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the operational aspects of the business. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold the high standards of Ting Tang Tea products, including conducting inspections, audits, and quality control checks. Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing food safety, labeling, and environmental sustainability in tea production and operations. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate operational processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency. Supplier and Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to negotiate favorable terms, resolve issues promptly, and ensure reliability and quality of goods and services. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as production, marketing, and sales, to coordinate activities and align operational efforts with overall business goals and objectives. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance, identify trends, and generate insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Customer Service Support: Provide support to customer service teams by addressing operational issues, handling inquiries related to product availability and delivery, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Supervision of Junior Interns The Operations Specialist will be reporting to Managing DirectorRequirements Education: Currently enrolled or has passed bachelor`s degree program in business administration, operations management, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. Students pursuing degrees in relevant disciplines, such as food science or engineering, may also be considered. Earnings: Willing to earn stipe-end Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn and use operational tools and software as required. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw insights to support operational decision-making. Organizational Skills: Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Requirements:

A bachelor`s degree program in business administration, operations management, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. Must not have participated on the programme before.
