Responsibilities:
Analyzing and enhancing of current Business processes. Developing of sustainable system solutions to enhance system and software performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for optimization. Support project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to directors. Assist in the development and implementation of departemental policies and procedures. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience as an Operations Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of business process modeling and blueprinting techniques. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Certification in project management Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
