Understand client needs and tailor solutions to add value. Negotiate and close deals within approved pricing frameworks. Maintain accurate records on CRM and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Stakeholder & Client Management Build strong internal and external relationships to ensure service excellence. Support seamless onboarding of new clients and handover to operations and retention teams. Reporting & Management Support Provide regular feedback and market insights to management. Contribute to pricing discussions and continuous service improvement initiatives. Continuous Improvement Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity.
