Please note this position is based in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia. All Relocation Costs will be covered.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Pipeline Engineer with extensive expertise in the design, construction, and maintenance of pipelines, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing pipeline engineering activities across all project phases, ensuring compliance with international standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Design, review, and approve pipeline engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.

Perform hydraulic, stress, and material analyses to ensure pipeline integrity and safety.

Supervise construction, installation, and testing of onshore/offshore pipelines.

Develop and review pipeline route selection studies, feasibility assessments, and risk evaluations.

Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, etc.).

Conduct inspections, audits, and quality assurance of pipeline systems.
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Provide technical support in resolving pipeline operational and maintenance issues.

Prepare reports, schedules, cost estimates, and technical documentation for project stakeholders.
Qualifications
-
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.

Professional Engineering registration/certification (preferred).
-
7+ years of proven work experience in pipeline engineering, with a strong background in construction projects.

Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is highly desirable.

In-depth knowledge of pipeline design, construction, and operation.

Proficiency in pipeline engineering software (CAESAR II, AutoPIPE, Pipeline Studio, etc.).

Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and challenging environments.
