Job Description
Hire Resolve, a well-established and reputable recruitment agency, is seeking a highly experienced Professional Quantity Surveyor for a remote position. As a PR Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and collaborate with a team of skilled professionals.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing costs, estimating quantities, preparing tender documents, and providing expert advice on construction projects. You will be required to have a strong background in quantity surveying and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Professional registration with relevant industry bodies (e.g. SACQSP)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Proven experience in managing costs and estimating quantities
- Proficiency in cost estimating software and tools
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
