About the Role

The Scaffolding Department Foreman is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely installation, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures on construction sites in Dubai, UAE. As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in scaffolding, you will lead and supervise teams, coordinate project activities, promote safety, and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise scaffolding installation, modification, and dismantling activities.
  • Ensure safe work practices and proper use of PPE at all times.
  • Coordinate workforce and equipment requirements with project teams.
  • Conduct quality inspections and maintain accurate site records.
  • Report incidents, safety concerns, delays, and operational challenges.
