Intermediate Project Manager / Scrum Master
Join our team to lead Agile projects and facilitate Scrum practices. We’re seeking a skilled professional with experience in both Agile and traditional project management, and a Business Analyst background, especially in the financial industry.
Location: Linbro Business Park, Sandton
Responsibilities:
Lead Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile practices.
Remove obstacles and collaborate with Product Owners.
Ensure project quality and manage changes effectively.
Utilize Business Analyst skills to define and manage requirements.
Skills & Experience:
3-5 years in Project Management/Scrum Master roles with a Business Analyst background.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PMM) preferred.
Proficient with JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (Computer Science, Business, or related).
Matric required.
