Requirements: 2-3 years external sales experience (Finance / Insurance / Bonds) Hunter personality (Bubbly with vibrance) proven outbound sales success and achievements Stable employment history (Min 2 years per role) Must be commission earners (20K comm monthly) Must reside in and understand their areas Must be crim clear Package Details Basic Salary: R15,000 Settling-In Allowance: R10,000 (Months 13) R6,000 (Month 4) R4,000 (Month 5) R3,000 (Month 6) Commission: 0.3% average on deals closed (minimum monthly target: 2.5 million thereafter you earn commission) Opportunity to grow into Senior and Executive Consultant roles with higher base and commission structures.
