Administration & Compliance: Manage all administrative aspects of leasing, including documentation, FICA compliance, handovers, and reporting, often using property management systems like MDA. Financial & Operational Oversight: Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and vacancy forecasts, monitor financial performance, and provide regular feedback to senior management.
