About the Role
WMS Secure is seeking a skilled Property Legal Contract Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, structuring, interpreting, executing, and/or administering contractual documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, negotiating, structuring, interpreting, executing, and/or administering contractual documents
- Managing contractual documents and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- Relevant LLB degree or similar legal qualification
- Admitted Attorney
- At least 4 – 6 years working experience in the related field
- Strong Proficiency in relevant computer packages (MS Office) and software packages
- Excellent attention to detail and numerate accuracy
Qualifications
Grade 12 (Matric)
