About the Role
Our client, a reputable manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their Engineering and Maintenance functions. This senior management role involves developing and implementing strategy for continuous improvement programs, leading coaching and managing the engineering team to ensure an engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategy for Engineering and Maintenance functions
- Lead cross-functional project teams to successful completion of CAPEX investments
- Manage continuous improvement programmes

Requirements
- BEng/BSc Electrical or Mechanical degree (essential)
- Government Certificate of Competence in Mechanical/Electrical (required)
- 10 years of experience in engineering and maintenance management in a manufacturing environment
- Good computer skills with spreadsheet (Excel), SAP, and PLC knowledge
- Operating within formal standards such as OHSAS18001, ISO14001, ISO9000, etc.
- Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
Qualifications
- BEng/BSc Electrical or Mechanical degree
- Government Certificate of Competence in Mechanical/Electrical
