Overview
Our client, a custom software development company, is seeking a well-presented, customer-focused Receptionist to manage the front office and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage the reception area.
- Answer and direct calls; handle email and telephone enquiries.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with scheduling.
- Manage mail, courier services, and general office administration.
- Maintain office supplies and support day-to-day operational needs.
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12.
- 12 years’ experience in a receptionist or admin support role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional, organised, and able to multitask.
