About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Aftersales Manager to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. As the next leader of our after-sales strategy, you will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and customer experience within our dealer network. You will work closely with dealerships to implement strategic interventions and provide specialized after-sales consulting services.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and guide dealers in achieving strategic After Sales goals
- Provide professional and specialized after-sales consulting services to defined/allocated regions and dealers
- Manage the performance of own region’s dealers in attaining Customer Experience Management, Parts and Service Business Objectives
- Develop, implement, and track dealers’ business plans to achieve critical targets in line with After Sales strategy
- Maintain a roster for regular dealer visits to review relevant performance data and agree appropriate action to drive improvement
Requirements
- Recognised 3-year National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Motor Industry Sales or After Sales marketing environment or Parts environment
- Knowledge of Service and Parts incl. technical applications
- Good knowledge of the Dealer organization and structures
- Sound Business Acumen
- Understanding of financial principles
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent
Salary & Benefits
