We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Metal Fabrication Floor Supervisor to lead daily production operations in our busy fabrication department. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent
technical knowledge, who can ensure workflow efficiency, product quality, and a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day floor operations, ensuring targets and deadlines are met
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate fabrication staff to maintain high performance
  • Coordinate job scheduling, material flow, and machine utilization
  • Monitor quality standards and compliance with production specifications
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures and housekeeping practices
  • Work collaboratively with Production Management to optimize productivity
  • Assist with training, performance evaluations, and problem-solving on the floor

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in metal fabrication leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of welding, cutting, machining, and finishing processes
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment
  • Safety-focused mindset and attention to detail
