Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach and develop a team of Administrators, Junior Administrators, Assistant RFM and roving staff, ensuring multiskilling and succession planning. Oversee the financial reporting function across multiple stores, including budgets, forecasts, reconciliations and monthly reviews. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and internal controls, identifying and driving process improvements. Play a key role in audits (internal, external and stocktakes), ensuring policy adherence and corrective action. Manage day-to-day finance functions including cashbook, debtors, creditors, reconciliations, fixed assets and insurance claims. Partner with Store and Regional Managers to review performance, monitor expenses and drive operational efficiencies. Support store openings, HR-related activities (recruitment, performance management, training), and customer-related queries. Requirements: Completed B.Com in Accounting / Finance (or equivalent). Minimum 35 years operational retail finance experience . Strong staff management and leadership experience essential. Excellent problem-solving ability with a hands-on, practical approach.
