A leading company in the optical industry is seeking dynamic Regional Managers to oversee operations across multiple branches in the respective regions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Completed SAIPA articles or equivalent
• Valid driver license and own vehicle
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Willingness to work retail hours, including some weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Effective stock control and inventory management
• Ensuring excellent customer service standards
• Human resource management, including recruitment, training, retention, and disciplinary processes
• Full financial oversight of allocated stores

Remuneration:
R20 000 R30 000 per month, based on experience
