Job Summary
THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE Join a premium brand as a Regional Parts Manager, leading and managing the parts department to drive sales growth and ensure smooth operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a minimum of 5 years of Parts Management experience in a franchised motor dealership. Key qualifications include expertise in warehousing operations, traffic regulations, market trends, and financial legislation, along with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for developing sales systems, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high ethical standards while focusing on customer satisfaction and business growth. This is a rewarding leadership opportunity in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Job Requirements Matric Certificate A valid Drivers License Minimum of 5 years of Parts Management experience in a franchised motor dealership. A Strong understanding of warehousing operations, traffic rules, and regulations. Proficiency in English. Solid computer and systems skills (Working knowledge of a DMS). Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles, market trends, and competitor analysis. Thorough understanding of financial legislation, including usury law. A strong focus on business viability, growth and customer value.
