About the Role
A modern upmarket Restaurant/Bar is opening in The Glen, Johannesburg, and we are seeking three experienced Restaurant Managers to join our team. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in restaurant management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front and back of house operations
- Ensure seamless service delivery to customers
- Supervise and train staff members
- Conduct daily opening and closing procedures
- Maintain accurate records and perform cash up reconciliation
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong all-round management skills
- Ability to manage a complete Restaurant front and back of house
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent customer relations, staff management, and training skills
- Experience in opening a new Restaurant is beneficial
Salary & Benefits
Salaries between 15 and 25 K net per annum.
