About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Relationship Manager to join our client’s team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retail clients, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients through regular communication and visits.
- Identify sales opportunities within retail accounts and work to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute retail marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Provide excellent customer service to retail clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to retail clients, showcasing the company’s products and services.
- Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics to management.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on product improvements, pricing, and marketing strategies based on customer insights.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements related to retail operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
