About the Role

AtripleA recruitment & temps is seeking a skilled Membership Sales Officer to join their team in Midrand. As a representative for building contractors, our client is an employer’s organization serving the interests of its members in the building and allied trade industries. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the continued stability and growth of the organization by serving as a front-line representative of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Pursue leads generated from H/O and generate own leads

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing members

• Set up appointments and engage with members

• Leverage existing partner relationships to generate new business opportunities through upselling

• Apply critical thinking and problem solving to member challenges, and propose a solution that meets their needs

• Execute and manage member expectations to ensure great service and increased member retention

• Manage and maintain an accurate membership recruitment pipeline

• Refine the complete membership sales process, from prospecting through to closing the deal

• Develop and complete report briefs for the reporting team, working closely with the relevant departments to ensure insightful and accurate membership reporting

• Accomplish personal targets by effecting implementing the agreed new business strategy

• Provide regular feedback to the Executive Director and Officers to assist in developing excellent product & service experiences

• Develop thorough implementation briefs as required for the team

• Work on conversion through leads received from various pipelines

Requirements

5 years of sales and client recruitment experience in the service industry (background in properties/construction/insurance is an advantage)

Relevant tertiary qualification

Valid Code 8 driver’s licence and own reliable transport
