Johannesburg: Risk & Compliance Administrator – ENTRY LEVEL ROLE

* Knowledge of policies, procedures, regulations and legislation – an understanding of legal principles and ability to interpret legislation * Knowledge of Company Law including The Competition Act, Companies Act, global data protection and anti-bribery, anti-corruption laws), general legislation and legal processes * Knowledge of the requirements, implementation and application of FAIS, FICA and PoPIA * Knowledge and understanding of financial services * Intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy, including MS Word, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Power Point Qualification: Local SA citizen Degree in LLB | Compliance | Risk Management or Business Administration Exposure to POPIA, FICA, Companies Act, King IV governance principles, or similar regulatory frameworks Minimum 1-2 years experience in this role Responsibilities: Legal & Contract Administration Compliance & Risk Management Policy & Research Advisory support
